Hear Amy share about the Trane Technologies Technician Apprenticeship Program, a four-year, paid instruction program that serves as a pathway for robust on-the-job training and careers as HVAC technicians. The program, which is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, is designed to attract and develop early talent and plays a key role in supporting the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
